Three-Part Civil Legal Skills Series - Part 2: Giving Your Case a Boost: The How-To of E-Discovery

On June 29, 2022, the San Diego FBA presented the second part of a three-part Civil Legal Skills Series: Giving Your Case a Boost: The How-To of E-Discovery.

The panelists were Professor Ruth Hauswirth, Special Counsel at Cooley, LLP; Timothy G. Blood, Managing Partner at Blood Hurst & O'Reardon, LLP; and Lea Malani Bays, Partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, LLP. The Honorable Mitchell D. Dembin moderated the panel.

The speakers provided valuable insights on E-Discovery best practices, strategies, issues to avoid, and much more! Tapping into their collective decades of experience, the panelists enlightened and entertained while offering valuable E-Discovery tips. If we took away one thing, it was this: remember that E-Discovery is just discovery with an added letter and lots of technology.

The written materials are available here and include The State Bar of California’s Formal Written Opinion No. 2015-193 and more!
