About the Event
We are pleased to welcome you to the 2022 State of the District Luncheon featuring the presentation of the Hon. David H. Bartick Award for Civility and Professionalism.
Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Guests are asked to be seated promptly at noon so lunch can be served.
Attendees will receive updates regarding the operation of the Court from Chief Judge Dana M. Sabraw, Presiding Magistrate Judge Bernard G. Skomal, Bankruptcy Judge Margaret M. Mann, and Ninth Circuit Judge John B. Owens. Then join us in celebrating this year's recipient of the David H. Bartick Award for Civility and Professionalism, Heather L. Rosing.
