Annual State of the District and Bartick Award Presentation

The San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California will host the Annual State of the District Event providing reports of import to the Southern District of California and issuing the Hon. David H. Bartick Award for Civility and Professionalism to Charles Halligan Adair, as well as  Bruce C. Smith and Peter J. Mazza  posthumously.
