About the Event

Join us for a candid discussion with the Honorable Larry A. Burns (Ret.), former District Judge for the Southern District of California and current neutral at Judicate West, regarding the ethical considerations surrounding attorneys' duties of honesty and disclosure both in court and ADR proceedings. Judge Burns will draw on his 27 years of judicial experience as a District Judge and his recent experiences as an independent Neutral in dozens of mediations and several arbitrations to discuss attorneys' ethical duties, including common missteps and their consequences.
