Our popular Courtroom Conversation series continues with U.S. Ninth Circuit Judge John B. Owens.
Judge Owens will be interviewed by former clerk Natasha Phillips.
As always, attendees will have the opportunity to meet Judge Owens and network with other federal practitioners during the first 15 minutes of the program. Then, Judge Owens will discuss his legal career, appointment to the bench, as well as practice pointers for appellate practitioners.
