About the Event

The San Diego Chapter is pleased to present its annual Introduction to Federal Court MCLE event.  This informative seminar is geared towards newly admitted attorneys and those who are interested in learning more about practicing in federal court.  This event will feature panel presentations by judges, the Clerk of the Court, educators, and practitioners regarding federal jurisdiction and venue, criminal and civil practice, and community involvement.

Location:  Jury Assembly Room, James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep Courthouse.  Please note that space is limited to allow for social distancing.  All attendees will be required to follow the U.S. District Court's safety precautions.   

Priority FBA Member Registration: Registration will be limited to only FBA members until June 11, 2021, and then opened to the public if spaces are available. Because space is limited, we ask for you to let us know if you will be unable to attend, so we may admit an attendee from the waitlist. 

Cost:  Free 

MCLE:  3 hours of General MCLE Credit
