Part Three of the Civil Legal Skills Series will will conclude the Series by discussing how to resolve a case through the alternative dispute resolution process. Part Three will bring together the first two parts of the Series (pre-litigation and discovery) and cover how to use the facts and informatiin gathered to your client's and your benefit.
