About the Event

Part one of the series will cover effectively litigating at the pre-sentencing stage including objections to pre-sentence reports and analyzing predicates for determinations of career offenders.  Featured speakers include the Honorable Cathy Ann Bencivengo, criminal defense attorney Trip Johnston, Assistant United States Attorney Ashley Goff, and probation officer Cameron Ervin.   The FBA's Vice-President of Community Outreach Benjamin J. Cheeks will serve as moderator.
