The District Court is conducting a performance review of Magistrate Judge Barbara L. Major. This review is intended to provide feedback to Judge Major on the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of her work and that of her staff.  The review cycle is designed to provide feedback at regular intervals and not just when a magistrate judge is being considered for reappointment.
