The District Court is conducting a performance review of Magistrate Judge David D. Leshner. This review is intended to provide feedback to Judge Leshner on the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of his work and that of his staff.  The review cycle is designed to provide feedback at regular intervals and not just when a magistrate judge is being considered for reappointment.
