On May 4, 2022, the San Diego FBA held a Courtroom Conversation with U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Berg. Judge Berg, his Courtroom Deputy, and his law clerks discussed practice pointers for navigating criminal matters in his courtroom and the various aspects of the civil settlement conference process.
