Unfortunately, Southwest scheduling havoc together with heavy New Orleans fog resulted in cancellations of all flights today, and Tom O’Connor can’t get out of NO in time. We are working on a rescheduled date for early next year and will broadcast that when determined. We apologize for the late notice.

The San Diego ESI Forum returns on Thursday, December 9, 2021, with "Lessons of the Pandemic." This free MCLE event will feature Tom O'Connor and cover the eDiscovery challenges of the pandemic years and the developments affecting the methods and tools used to preserve, collect, review, and produce electronically stored information of all types.
The San Diego Chapter supports the ESI Forum's mission to educate the bar about electronic discovery and contribute to appropriate rules and procedures.
