On July 14, 2022, the San Diego FBA held a Courtroom Conversation with U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta. Judge Ohta discussed her approach to oral argument, how she works with her law clerks to prepare her decisions, her thoughts on zealous, candid, and effective advocacy, as well as her path to the federal bench.
