On March 11, 2021, the FBA, San Diego Chapter held a Virtual Brown Bag with the Hon. Anthony J. Battaglia, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of California. In a Q&A session with one of his law clerks, Lily Duong, Judge Battaglia shared insight into his path to the federal bench, advice for civil and criminal practice in his courtroom, and how the district court is proceeding in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
